Our mission is to establish sustainable channels for youth peace advocacy and civic engagement in Bangladesh. We believe that by equipping young leaders with academic research tools, dialogue techniques, and practical conflict resolution training, we can build a more tolerant and inclusive society.

We envision a Bangladesh where youth play a central role in national policy dialogue, community development, and peaceful social transition. Through intellectual collaboration, objective research, and grass-roots workshops, we aim to transform local communities into spaces of understanding and mutual respect.
Our History
Founded in Dhaka as a youth-led collective, Right to Peace (R2P) arose from a growing recognition that Bangladesh’s youth represent the country’s greatest potential for conflict resolution and democratic stability. In our early years, R2P functioned primarily as a campus network hosting small debate circles and human rights awareness forums.
Over time, the organization grew in structure, recognizing that peace building must be grounded in evidence-based research as much as active advocacy. To realize this dual vision, we split our operations into two clear pillars: **Grassroots Advocacy & Skills Training** and **The R2P Research & Journal Program**. Today, we coordinate with students, local scholars, and civil society platforms to cultivate peace as an ongoing, organic process.
